I need to stop reading (admittedly mediocre) fic! Brown, UIUC, and a joint program of Pittsburgh/CMU are all due on Jan 1, and Indiana is due Jan 15. WTF, self. I am ruining my own vacation by being anxious over something I could finish...if I would just concentrate and follow through.

(Oh, no, now I see UIUC is due Jan 2. I could continue procrastinating...FAIL.)

Hope everyone's holidays went well. Mine were awkward due to having three Christmas breakfasts, one of which I sort of crashed. I just wanted a tour of the progress on the building construction, and then -- hey, why's the rest of your family still in PJs? I also discovered that I HATE having late dinners, so two nights of delayed food until 9pm made me crazy.

I remember you submitting them all on the same day, or something insane. I'm nearly rewriting my essay for each school, so it's a bit agonizing... Maybe I exaggerate, but it's a pretty accurate description of what I'm doing for the first three paragraphs and then intermittently throughout.
